Run your coffee shop, not your software.
EspressOS is a tablet-first POS, inventory, and reporting suite designed for how small cafés actually operate — offline-friendly, multi-branch, and ready out of the box.

Why EspressOS
Three things most POS systems get wrong for cafés
EspressOS was built alongside Elkapeto Cafe in Batangas. The defaults are tuned for how a coffee shop actually runs the floor — not for chain restaurants or food trucks.
Tablet-first, not laptop-first
Designed for an Android tablet at the counter. Big tap targets, no hover-only interactions, no on-screen keyboard surprises. A barista can run the till one-handed.
Offline-first, sync later
Orders, payments, and stock changes go through even when the data SIM drops. Everything syncs cleanly when connectivity returns — no lost transactions, no manual reconciliation.
Dual printers, simultaneous
Bar and kitchen printers fire at the same time on every order. Smart routing by product category — drinks to the bar printer, food to the kitchen — so each station only sees what they need.
What's included
One system, the full coffee-shop workflow
Every plan ships with the full feature set — there's no upgrade path to unlock loyalty, inventory, or reporting. Tiers only differ in how many branches and tablets you can pair.
POS & order flow
Product grid, cart, payment (cash + bank transfer + GCash), receipt printing, void with manager auth.
Inventory & recipes
Ingredient stock, auto-deduction on sale via recipes, low-stock alerts, wastage logging, purchase records.
Customer loyalty
QR-based customer cards, points-as-pesos (₱100 spent = ₱1 credit), manual adjustments with audit log.
Modifiers & variants
Size, milk, sugar level, extras. Modifier groups attach to product categories so the till stays uncluttered.
P&L and reports
Daily sales, top products, year-over-year trends, per-branch comparison, expense tracking — all from the off-site admin web.
Branch-aware everything
Pair multiple tablets across multiple branches under one café. Every order, expense, and customer points balance is attributed to the right location.
